101 Goals in 1001 Days
Last January (2010) I made a 101 Goals in 1001 Days. I have worked towards completing all of these goals since, and currently have about 30% of my goals completed! Here you will find my list, as well as links to the goal specific blog posts. Enjoy! Find other lists, or my official list, here.

- Graduate from SUNY Albany
- Take the GRE
- Blog about every completed task
- Print this list and take it with me everywhere
- Apply for grad school
- Get a passport
- Get a new job OR a raise
- Read 50 books (30/50) (post 1)
Take more picturesInstagram makes this VERY easy.- Cook 1 new recipe a month
- Do the 30 day shred 30 times
- Save $2000
- Start a garden
- Eat a salad everyday for lunch for one week (1/3/11-1/7/11)
- Watch IMDB’s top 50 movies. (11/50) (if i’ve seen it, i’m going to re watch it) **So Far I have watched: North by North West, Psycho, Rear Window, The Matrix, Avatar, Vertigo, WALL-E, Le Fabuleus destin d’Amelie Poulain, Se7en, Pulp Fiction, American Beauty
- Buy a new laptop
- Drink tea instead of coffee everyday for a week
- Have 50 followers (…or more)
- Make at least 2 new good friends
- Travel somewhere that ISN’T on the east coast
- Read the newspaper more
- Learn to Knit
- Learn to Crochet
- Get a couples massage
- See a scary movie with Chris(Paranormal Activity, Shutter Island) Oh man! I saw TWO
- Eat more fish (learn to like it) (UPDATE: I kinda sorta like fish these days)
- Buy 5 things off of Etsy (4/5)
- Get a credit card (for emergencies)
- Take an art class
- Go to the Ballet
- Go to the Orchestra
- Take a yoga class
- Hike 3 Different mountains
- Bike 10 Miles in one day
Buy a new(er) car- Turn off my computer for an entire weekend (Completed Maine 2010)
- Take my cousins to the movies & lunch
Figure out how to use my printer- Avoid soda for a week (1/2/11-1/9/11)
- Make 5 meals entirely out of food from the farmers market (2/5)
Send out more Christmas cards- Visit 5 museums (3/5)
- Go Skydiving
- Make my lunch (for work) everyday for a month
- Go rock climbing
- Attend a wine tasting
- Participate in a benefit run (Taking place Thanksgiving Day 2010!)
- Go a week without spending any money (summer, 2010)
- Only use reusable grocery bags
- Be able to do 5 pull ups
- Put away $10 for every goal completed
Learn how to accept complements- Build a snowman
- Complete a coloring book, all by myself
- Go ice skating
- Complete a 500+ piece jigsaw puzzle
- Visit a planetarium
- Go somewhere where Chris will go in a photo booth with me
Buy a pair of TOMs shoes- Take a cooking class
- Try 10 new types of beer (7/10) (Yuengling, Davidson Brothers Golden Ale, Dundee HoneyBrown, A friends home brew, Cherry Blossom Ale Browns Pale Ale, Browns Cherry Raspberry Ale )
Reread the entire Harry Potter series(Finished 7/24/2011)- Go apple picking
- Go on a haunted hayride
- Stay at a bed and breakfast
- Have a picnic
- Make every recipe I post about for one month
- Fly a kite
- Go to Disney world
- Play laser tag
Visit Washington D.CFind out my blood type (0+!)- Plant a tree
- List 100 things I know about each parent
- List 50 things I know about each grandparent
- Create a real budget..and stick to it
- Go horse back riding
- Say yes to everything for one day
- Write a letter to myself in 10 years
- Go to the racetrack
- Grow a plant from a seedling
- Read one new poem everyday for a month
- Have a dinner party
- Ride in a hot air balloon
- Spend a rainy day watching movies in my PJ’s
- Be healthier (1)
- Lose 10 pounds

- Add more color to my wardrobe

- Attend a murder mystery (or host one)
Go to the drive-in- Walk buddy everyday for 2 weeks
Bake a Birthday cake- Take Chris on a surprise date

- Go to 3 weddings (3/3) (wedding #1, wedding #2)
- Visit NYC
- Donate $5 to charity for every task I don’t complete
- Make another 101 list for the next 1001 days



this is a GREAT list.
My 101 in 1001 ends on October 11th this year.
of course, i’ve already started drafting my next one
