Good Morning! I hope everyone had a good weekend. Yesterday was the first day of the season that Buddy was swimming. He was the happiest pup on the planet. Here is my workout setup for the week! How are you getting your fitness in?
Workout Set Up:
Monday – 3 Mile Run + Back / Biceps
Tuesday –Yoga Power Hour
Wednesday – 3 Mile run + Shoulders / Abs
Thursday – 40 Minutes Elliptical / Legs
Friday –Rest Day
Saturday – Hot Warrior Yoga
Sunday – 5 Mile run
Total Mileage: 11 Miles
How I am going to eat better:
- Limit diet soda intake to 3 cans total this week.
- Avoid starchy carbohydrates and make sure I have at least half a plate of veggies with lunch and dinner.
- Make a green smoothie! I have never made one…do you guys have any good recipes for me??
