Confession time: I do not own a scale. The only scale that I use is at Chris’s house. That means that if I am going to weigh myself it is in the late afternoon or evening. No bueno. I am planning on buying a scale soon, but until then lets talk about body changes! When I first posted about wanting to lose weight, I explained that one of my main issues was feeling uncomfortable in the summer clothes that I finally pulled out for the summer. I can proudly say that most of my shorts currently fit comfortably! That was a big thing for me. I did manage to weigh myself once last week. The number on the scale made me smile! Regardless that it was in the middle of the afternoon, I had lost over 2 pounds! I am planning on doing a weigh in on Saturday morning relatively early, so lets hope that number keeps inching its way downward!
How I am feeling: I feel awesome! I have been sticking to my goals, and love seeing a smaller number. I am excited to see how starting crossfit will change that. I have been trying to adhere to a healthier diet and think that I have done alright. I am in the market for a good scale- any recommendations out there??
