Wanna know a secret?
I haven’t exercised in two weeks.
Why? Mostly busyness and laziness. A wonderful combination! With the beginning of the semester and my ridiculous schedule, the last thing that I want to do when I get home from work, an internship or class is go for a run. You may have even noticed how the “Scheduled Sweat Sessions” post from last week was M.I.A and that is why. I didn’t feel that posting a giant X across the plan with a “skipped” was necessary. After adjusting to my schedule over the next couple of days I am planning on making my exercise plans and sticking with them. I hate using excuses when it comes to this stuff.
I have to commit to being fit and quit working on it in waves. I always feel so much better when I have a consistent exercise plan. I think that I need make sure hat I give myself an hour of personal time that is NOT being filled with homework so I can get my fitness on!
I have a couple of questions for you guys! How do you guys manage it? When do you prefer to workout, before work in the morning or after work at night?
