Spring Dreams

Hello All! Happy Friday!

I don’t know about you, but this winter is really getting to me.  I seriously question why I live in upstate NY during these long dark months! When it isn’t snowing outside, it is just gray and overcast. I find myself searching for vacation and cruise deals even though I could never afford one in a million years.  I just keep telling myself that it is February and spring is COMING. Until then I guess I will just amuse myself with pictures of other people enjoying the sunshine. Enjoy!

So- if you live somewhere where the sun is shining, please enjoy it for me a little bit. :)

I feel like pizza is that official STAMP that Friday has arrived. 
How cool are these pizza cutting gadgets?
I want the fork/slicer combination.. but somehow I know I would get hurt!

Sale Lust

Pottery Barn’s sale section has been tempting me this morning. Here is my wish list! 
Etched Mercury Vases: $9.99-$39.99
Big Fat Cookies: $14.99
I probably won’t be buying any of those things, but I am seriously thinking about investing in some new sneakers this weekend…I have been drooling over the Reebok Easytone shoes for a while. I think the the Sketchers version look goofy and stupid. The Easytone version is a similar technology, but they look like normal sneakers. 
Chris and I have been running a mile and half every other day, so to keep that going and invest in the future of my tush, I want these! If your interested, finish line has a coupon going around this weekend ($15 off $50 or $30 off $100)

Coco before Chanel

On my lazy Sunday that I should have been studying for midterms or beginning excessive papers, I watched Coco Before Chanel. I really enjoyed this movie. I felt that it was more of a biography than a feature film, but with that said I loved it even more. Audrey Tautou was fabulous, as usual, and played her perfectly.
 It was a very inspiring movie. 
Now I am lusting after this. I know that its simple, but wasn’t that what Chanel was all about? (it has skinny stripes, I promise!)
I think its similar to a tee that was worn throughout the movie.
Ah. I don’t think I can justify spending $70 on a shirt…
Thank God I don’t have any credit cards!

I’ve been swamped with school work, but am psyched to be getting breakfast (the best meal ever) with a friend who is home from college. How has your week been?
 All of this springy like weather (almost 50 all week!) makes me wish I had an entire house to make up like this. I’m liking the white one white… what do you think??
