I have started working full-time for the summer and have been really busy! I found this fortune in a cookie I snagged from the break-room and laughed out loud.
I have kept up with my workouts so far this week but have been feeling some lingering hip pain. Runners out there- what do you do about this? Any recommendations? I noticed it yesterday and assume it is from my 3 mile treadmill run on Monday. I am planning on running today but am nervous it will get worse. I went to yoga last night and that seemed to help a bit. Thoughts?
