These make a super easy breakfast on the go! Just throw in what you have around, veggies, etc…and go!
- 3/4 cup egg substitute OR 3 eggs or 3 whites
- Cheese, Sausage crumbles, etc.
- Diced peppers, spinach, etc.
- Salt & Pepper
How to do it:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix everything together
- Let cool!
