Swim / actual: Run 2 miles, Bike 2 miles + squats, weighted bridges, kettle bell swings and standing rows
Run 6 Miles/ actual: Run 4.5 miles Sunday: Off actual: Walk around Bolton Landing + 1.6 mile puppy walk
Monday: Run 2 Miles / Bike 2 Miles
Tuesday: Upper body weights + incline walking
Wednesday: OFF – First night of class for the semester!
Thursday: Run 3 Miles
Friday: Upper body weights + incline walking
Saturday: Run 5 Miles
How I am going to eat better:
- Packing lunch every day this week. I usually do- but sometimes I get lazy and just get a sandwich out. Save money and just pack one!
- Make sure I am eating a good source of protein at every meal. Protein is filling and without it I tend to graze.
- On Wednesday, make sure I pack a healthy snack before my class. No need to stop at the school café!
