Hey guys! I hope you guys are having a fantastic weekend. Spring forward! I am excited to have some extra daylight at night. Today I will be traveling just over the NY / MA border with Heather to see Emily for our HLB Book Club meet up! After reading the book, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, by L. Frank Baum we are all headed to see the movie and get lunch! Sounds like a great afternoon to me.
This week I have stepped up my time in my sneakers and have been loving it. The mix of this awesome spring weather and my cold finally going away makes for a very happy Alicia! I ran outside twice and loved every second of it. They were both slow and steady runs, but runs nonetheless. I can’t believe this time last year I was running 8-9 miles any given day for my half training. I will get there again!

M- Jury Duty / OFF
T- 2.5 mile run + yoga
W- 30 minutes elliptical + arm weights
F- 30 minutes elliptical + arm weights
S- 3 mile run
