For the past couple of weeks I have attempted to get my butt in gear and try prepping the majority of the food that I eat during the week on Sunday. I know that this isn’t a new concept, but I hadn’t been able to actually get myself to do it. I can now say that I have food prepped the past two Sundays and have loved the outcome! Not only does it free up my mornings, but I have saved a lot of money from not caving and just getting a salad out. Here I have what I food prepped for this week.
Quiche cups! SO easy to grab and go in the mornings! 1 half carton of southwestern eggbeaters + 1 cup of turkey sausage + 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
I also have been packing snack size bags of cereal (for my Chobani) and broccoli (for a side of hummus).
Buddy thinks it all sounds delicious!!
